We offer overhauling services worldwide for all Marine, Oil Field & Power Plant engines of all make and models.
Our Service Engineers hold valid CDC (Seamen book) and can join and sail with the vessel carrying out maintenance and repairs. We demonstrate our knowledge and skill by supporting our customers, being economical, responding quickly to issues, and offering the appropriate resources. - Complete overhauls of all high- speed engine. ie Cummins, Mitsubishi, Yanmar engines.
- Complete overhaul of all 4 stroke engine, generators and main engine.Ie Yanmar, MAN, MAK, Wartsila Daihatsu engines.
- Complete overhaul of main engine units. MAN , Sulzer.
- Overhaul of all type of pumps, air Compressors, purifier.
- Overhaul of AC compressors and service of marine and industrial AHU plants.
- Green Technology, we have experienced team who can install complete new BWTS system, including 3 D scanning, pipe fabrication, installation of pipe and parts, lying up cables.
- Hydraulic Team, who are ex McGregor can work on all makes of cranes, moorings winches, hatch cover hydraulic system, steering gears, valve hydraulics.
- We can help our customers in casting pumps parts like casing, impeller, body, shaft, motor end covers with certifications, motor rewinding in India through our vendors.
Our team is capable of travelling on board and working while sailing, and we can mobilise our staff to any dry dock for overhauls.
